For capacitors it's very fast. The OCP measurement can serve to confirm your system is correctly assembled. For example, in a graphite vs. Li cell, the OCP should be ~3 V, and if it is not, then you can know something is wrong with the cell (e.g. it is short circuited). If your supercapacitor is symmetric, then the OCP should be close to 0 V.

The second part of your question. Electrochemical measurements are set up and function the same for all electrochemical systems, but the parameters will likely be different. Supercapacitors will often have very high currents compared to batteries, for example. To decide what parameters to use, you need to decide what questions you want to answer and read some relevant literature to see what other people have done with similar materials.

When i open software to measure open circuit potential, a window box appear (Please see attachment) which ask for "Run Time" and and "Stability (mV/s)". I have no idea about these parameters. Please explain how i can select these parameters.

Electrochemical system is three electrode system consist working electrode (Polyaniline deposited on Stainless steel), Platinum sheet as counter electrode and Ag/AgCl as reference electrode in 1 M H2SO4 (50 ml) electrolyte.

The system will likely reach equilibrium pretty fast. If you're impatient, you could do OCP for 5 minutes, and watch to see if there is a slope to the potential. If not, you can go ahead with the rest of your measurement. If you're not impatient, you could do OCP for 1~6 hours.

Keep stability at 0.

Practically I would say running CV for about 20 cycles is a better choice than OCP. Cause you are measuring CV and GCD for the measurement of energy density and also to understand the charge storage mechanism. You can refer to my articles for the best practices to measure supercap matrices
