Hello,

May I ask what type of missingness is indicated when the data is considered incomplete by the source is because it is 'the most readily available and up-to-date data/info they currently have' or due to limitations such as 'PABS (system they use to collect data) only started in 2013'? is it MAR, MCAR, or MNAR?
