Is it feasible to evaluate the stress relaxation in heavy crude oils?

Dear colleagues, I have been wondering if it would be feasible to obtain information regarding the stress relaxation of heavy crude oils in a significantly high time range, taking into account that it usually behaves as a viscoelastic fluids. If so, how the procedure would be carried out?
