There are several purification methods, but you would need to have the antigen at hand, purifies and if it is too small, conjugated to something large.

However, the use of polyclonal antibodies for lateral flow is a bit dangerous, because you will never be confident about the quality of the antibody over time after every new purification or extraction, also, they are considered less useful due to their lower general affinity and specificity
The purification process is very important or you will have a high probability of cross reactivity, interference and non specific interaction. If your production in small then purification should be ok, but if you want to make many tests, then I would recommend a monoclonal
