My research project had numerous results and because the conference paper is usually just 5-6 pages long, I could not discuss all my results in it.
However, is it still possible to mention conclusions/results without discussing them in the paper? Or should I strictly mention results that have been discussed?

It depends on whether the editors of the conference proceedings would accept conclusions that have not been discussed before. You may write that there were the following results from the project which will be discussed elsewhere. However, personally I would prefer to present these results in another paper, e.g. all results together in an extended research paper in a journal instead of a conference paper.
Hi Pranjal Bathla The conclusions you include at the end of your study should have been definitely discussed within the paper, because the reader could not then make a relevance between your different parts of your research. I would suggest you reduce the number of words from the introduction and literature review for instance in order to be able to have more space for data collection, analysis, and conclusions.
I would not do that as the reader may be confused, but when you do a conference presentation, you may include the new results and new discussion points. Another option is to cut the intro, refs and add the new material to the results and then conclusion. Also, based on my experience, you may always cut the paper by at least 20% without compromising the quality, but you need to rewrite every sentence which is a lot of work.
Hello, I consider that incorporate conclusions that do not derive from the aims exposed at the introduction, could affect the argument coherence, because the audience could not identify the origin of the "new" conclusion. Nevertheless, if you think that it could be a good research finding, it could be recommended to be able to propose such information as courses of potential action for new investigations.

I decided to take off the conclusions that weren't discussed and decided to emphasize the content included in the paper.
