I'm intending on conducting a content analysis on the stigmatising effects of a recent anti-obesity campaign. I would like to do this analysing the comments in response to Instagram posts by a range of professionals, i.e. clinical psychologists, dietitians/nutritionists, public health researchers.

However, so far I have not been able to find any other cases of content analysis being used for analysing social media comments in this way, only analysis of actual posts (i.e. the picture and it's caption).

I would appreciate any recommendations of research that has used this methodology for content analysis, or suggestions as to why it's not appropriate!
