I thought that is conductive when I saw that is a lot more conductive (x10^6) than r-Fe2O3 is in Wikipedia, but some of related papers say it is an insulating material.
Which one do u think is right? I need detail exmplanation

You should confirm directly the electrical properties of iron oxide using ampermeter. It is very easy.
Magnetite Fe3O4 is a famous material with a metal-insuator transition at T = 120 K. The transition is also called Verwey transition. So at room temperature Fe3O4 is a conductor whereas at temperature below 120 K it is an insulator.

hey i didn't find exact conductive value of Fe3O4. how i will find the exact value or is there any datasheet of this material???
