From the website of IJIRSET, it looks fake, showing IF 7.512 and they are claiming h-indexing 34 but the research articles published in this journal have good content.
The journal does not appear in any of the accredited journal indices lists (attached), so I would avoid publishing in this journal. Please refer to my paper, which deals with journal accreditation and predatory journals, viz. “Writing for Publication for Students and University Staff, Action Plan for Postgraduate Studies Workshop 2020”, which is available on ResearchGate https://www.researchgate.net/publication/342549330_Writing_for_Publication_for_Students_and_University_Staff
Please avoid this type of journals showing these statistics. It is better to find journals directly from SCOPUS site and consult with the UGC care list.

The journal “International Journal of Innovative Research in Science, Engineering and Technology” (http://www.ijirset.com/ ) is mentioned in the stand-alone version of the Beall’s list:
https://beallslist.net/standalone-journals/
This is a red flag that you might be dealing with a predatory journal. Other red flags are for example:
-The prominently mentioned impact factor (SJIF) is as you already indicated an example of a misleading metric: https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/
-Meaningless index info (like Scirus that doesn’t exists anymore)
-False claim being a DOAJ member
-I checked a few papers the assignment of DOI to their papers seems to be fake
So, despite your impression that there might be some decent papers published (that is indeed the sad part of these kind of predatory journals, some of the papers deserves a better platform than this one) I advise: avoid.
