Will it be possible to inject isolated probiotics from yogurt in mice? I am finding ways in order to treat immunocompromised mice with probiotics aside from feeding them with isolated probiotics, which is the common way to administer probiotics according to most journal articles I read.

Injecting probiotic bacteria, which are normally found in the gut, into the systemic circulation is a very bad idea. Even if the bacteria are not pathogenic, they will do what they do best - grow. Your mice will end up getting septic and will likely die. This was a problem in a study a few years ago, where researchers wanted to give probiotics to ICU patients. Problem was, the blood vessels of these patients were too permeable and the Lactobacillus made its way from the gut into the bloodstream, making the patients even sicker.
Instead of feeding them or injection, you could do it via gavage or intrarectally. If you know your bacteria won't survive the trip through the stomach, I suggest intrarectally (though you need a bit of training and skill to get this right). If your bacteria are hardier, you can give it via gavage. Both of these methods allow you to know precisely how many bacteria you are administering (CFU in your dose), giving you a little more control over your experiment.

The response of the host, in immune compromised or immune competent when innoculating microorganisms depends on the way of inoculation, because the mechanisms or the cells acting in circulatory system (an sterile area) are completely different to those responding at the open mucosa or tracts, where large quantities of microorganisms are in equilibrium with the host. Then, if you inoculate probiotics directly into the blood, or in some other area by injection, probably will kill the animal. You should find the way to help the host to fight against so many pathogens, but not adding something more to fight against
