I am studying CD8+ T cells infiltrating mouse tumors and I would like to add to my marker panel the transcription factor Tcf1 (also known as Tcf7). I use the eBioscience™ Foxp3 / Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Set in order to fix/permeabilize my cells before intracellular staining for cytokines and FoxP3. Would anyone know if the same can be used in order to stain the intranuclear transcription factor Tcf1 or if I need to process my cells differently?

I have used the buffer set for staining a bunch of stuff. If I had to predict, I would say yes. eBioscience used to have a page on their website with a list of all antibodies that they have validated the kit against. I cannot seem to find it now. You could contact an eBioscience representative and ask them whether or not Tcf7 is on that list. If not, they would be able to tell you whether or not it would work.
