Is Dichotomous response ( True / False) enough for clinically assessing test anxiety among students?

There are a variety of scaling types ( Likert's, Guttman's and Thurstone's). I intend to employ Rasch model of Scaling ( dichotomous- true/ false response for assessing test anxiety among students - for the purposes of screening, clinical diagnosis and testing intervention effectiveness).
