What RAM size are you using? Increase your systems' RAM size and try. It has worked for me. If it still does not work, please provide a screenshot of the error.

I am not aware of the minimum RAM requirement. When 4GB didn't work for me, I replaced it with 16GB. And it worked.

I'm new in the domain but iFogsim does not support scalability and mobility

there is a new extension called xfogsim maybe it support it

iFogsim2 supports mobility which is extended from ifogsim. Moreover, mobfogsim is dedicated for mobility support in fog computing which is also an extended version of ifogsim.
