I have data on screening of cervical cancer by both cytology (Pap smear) and HPV testing. Many of the participants also underwent biopsy after screening with either Pap smear or HPV testing or both methods (co-testing). Now we wish to calculate diagnostic accuracy parameters (sensitivity, specificity, predictive values, likelihood ratios) for Pap smear, HPV and co-testing.
Is this possible with Epi Info 7 software? If not, what other open-source software can I use?
I have never used Epi info for anything like this but did you try contacting Epi Info about this?

Next to that I would like to mention that the concepts you mention are somewhat tricky in this case:
Pap smears and HPV testing are screening tests rather than diagnostic test, therefore one may already wonder whether it is OK to speak of "diagnostic accuracy".
The tests can detect different disease states of precursors of disease and are differently able to detect the different states/precursors.
I would say that, in order to determine how you want to calculate your accuracy measures, you need to know very well why you want to know them. E.g. are you primarily interested in effectiveness of a screening program?
I have never used Epi Info7, but I know Epi Info7.2.x.y.(Japanese version) and Epi Info 3.5.x (Japanese version).
In our Hospital we used only Pap Smear, Colposcopy and cervical biopsy for cervical pathology.
