I have a problem to understand the built-in-potential of perovskite solar cell. Suppose we are measuring the built-in-potential of TiO2/p-type Perovskite interface with different electrodes, Ex. 1. In our first measurement electrode are silvers i.e. Ag/TiO2/p-type_perovskite/Ag. 2. In our second measurement electrode are Silver and Gold i.e. Ag/TiO2/p-type_perovskite/Au.
How does the built-in-potential will changes in both the cases ??

If your solar structure is correctly built, then the metal- semicondcutor contacts to the solar cell materials must act as ohmic contact with low contact resistance for not to detract the solar cell performance. So, the contact difference of potential must theoretically speaking not affected by the the type of the metal. I studied this effect since long time ago. As in any case of electric contact definition in a semiconductor-based device, being it a diode, a BJT, a MOSFET or a PV cell, a proper design must be developed and realised so to assure that the contact interface between the metal and the semiconductor behaves as an Ohmic contact (that is I proportional to V in the whole operation range) with the least contact resistance. That is, any Schottky-type barrier at the contact (i.e., diode-like behaviour) must be avoided by design.
Starting from this premise, the contribution of each MTL/SC contact to the conduction will be just an additive resistance. In other words, the only built-in potential in the complete cell structure will be the SC/SC interface one, which is what we want... Of course, in the above case, which (I underline again) is the proper case for a correct device, the built-in potentiaòl as measured by just IV-curve is independent from metals used to build the contacts.
