I am trying to determine the impact of a program on the scientific community using a publications analysis. The program created a list of associated publications in a Google Scholar profile. Because this list was manually created and the publications share no common, searchable metric (i.e. author name), I can't easily replicate it elsewhere.

I have used Publish or Perish 7 to strip the citation data from this profile but it only allows export of the top 1,000 publications (to both Excel and ISI formats). For some reason, it does not export DOIs. I know you can individually export citations from Google Scholar to EndNote but I have 1,400 on my list and that option isn't even available from a Profile view.

I now have two lists: one is a complete list of publications in excel and the other is an incomplete ISI file that I can import into EndNote. I would like to be able to import the full list to Web of Science (or similar) for its analysis capabilities.

Does anyone know of a way to transfer a complete Google Scholar profile to Web of Science?
