I am trying to examine a new heating agent in RF (Radiofrequency hyperthermia. Hence, a new nanoparticle type is desired. In your opinion, Is the BaTiO3 decorated with gold (BaTiO3-Au core-shell) is a suitable hyperthermia agent against Radiofrequency (13.56 MHz) to produce sufficient amount of heat or no?

Well you can give a try, it will depend on thickness of gold shell. I hope you can tune this to get sufficient heat.
I don’t see here any effective mechanism of heating. BaTiO3 is almost nonmagnetic compound thus there will be no coupling to EM-waves except due to its’ ferroelectric properties. On the other hand, the thickness of Au layer is below skin depth (20.45 microns at this frequency) and you can’t expect effective heating beacuse of eddy currents (this layer will be almost transparent to EM waves).
