I have developed software for this and would be interested in collaborating. I have also done some work with visualizing free energy surfaces. These can be quite interesting and may even prove useful, perhaps in the area of controlling emissions. Some emission control systems (for example ammonia injection) are run at capacity just to be on the safe side, even when this isn't necessary, when a "smart" system might save a lot of money.
