I have read a very interesting paper from König et al., a researchgate member as well, concerning an experimental paper on the QUIET HOUR as a successful TIME MANAGEMENT technique. I discussed this with my senior executive team. We came to the conclusion to apply this technique systematically and comprehensively within the whole company for about 190 medical doctors working as health system expertising specialists, 230 nursing personnel and the administrative members as well. I would like to come into contact with researchgate members who can report their experience about the successful implementation of a systematically applied Quiet Hour technique in their organisation, its problems solved or unsolved in practice and its realized potential towards quantitave or qualitative productivity enhancement.
