I am always happy to collaborate on worthwhile projects. My lab routinely does many of the bioassays that you mention (eg anticancer, antimicrobial, antiprotozoal, antiparasitic, antiinflammatory etc). We also do metabolomic studies (both metabolomic fingerprinting and nonbiased metabolomic profiling). I am mainly involved with plant based medicines and natural products, but also test synthetics and semi-synthetics (although I do not do the synthesis myself). I would be happy to talk and see if we can develop a collaborative project between us.
