Personally I know you, but perhaps you do not know me. I have some simple idea to perform the work
Vacutainer (5 ml.) may be added previously with different concentrations of molecules (say for 10 molecules under study, 10 different concentrations each and for three repetitions + 5 control (Positive) + 5 control (Negative)= 310 vacutainers may be used to take blood of 2-3 ml from any animal
(preferably from large animal) and study on such from 5 animals may supply you required data.
