I want to know about convenient and efficient recent green technologies which we can use in waste disposal in bulk scale that’s generated by a chemical industry during synthesis of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
Green disposal of both organic and inorganic wastes in bulk, of a Pharmaceutical Industry one can use bioremidation using bacterial strains.

Green disposal of both organic and inorganic waste in bulk size: We have a current demonstration unit based on 60 l size that is able to process mixed organic / inorganic aqueous waste using diamond electrodes. The organic compounds can be transferred into gaseous compounds like Carbon Dioxide and Nitrogen. The inorganic compounds (in our cases mostly Fe, Ni, Cr and other metal ions are precipitating as Hydroxyde/Carbonate slurry. They can be re-used in industry. The application needs mainly electrical energy supply and of course some water supply. Drain water connection is also necessary for drainage of the final (defined CSB, TOC) process water.
