I am not sure on which species you focus or what continent you are on but for European marine turtles of the mediterranean sea you could contact Archelon. The Sea Turtle protection society of Greece (=ARCHELON) is doing field work on the nests of Greek beaches, mainly on loggerheads.

To contact them I´d probably try the project leaders of certain areas first - you can find their staff at "Archelon at a glimpse".
