Dear colleagues, I am doing some research on community-based natural resource management in Natural Parks in Amazonian forest (Bolivia) in relation with the Norther Corridor Highway. I found quite a lot of local literature, but I am missing some how a more scientific related part. I wonder if some one have a close contact there or perhaps know some scientific articles about the topic? I would really appreciated some help! Thanks!!
See attached. The research area includes protected areas including a National Park (NP), CBNRM avant la lettre and was related to a project. The article presents pertinent findings on the protective role of indigenous reserves (CBNRM) for forest compared to a NP or untitled land.

Indeed most of the pertinent, peer-reviewed literature is from Brazil. A lot remains to be done (published in English?) in Peru, Bolivia and Colombia where migration from the high Andes into the tropical lowlands is driving deforestation depending mainly on land tenure and roads in the lowlands.
