I am interested in observing hydrocarbon/water interfaces with a Brewster Angle Microscope. We have a BAM in our laboratory but to my knowledge our model has only been used (built?) for gas/liquid interfaces.
As I probably would need to update the equipment and I would need some proper teaching before using it, I wanted to ask if there are people in Scandinavia who have experience with liquid/liquid BAM.

I can provide you with some info concerning BAM at air/liquid and air/solid (substrates) interfaces.
Concerning liq/liq, as far as I know there were some people trying to do that kind of experiments. However, such experiments require a dedicate modification of the optics, and even in such a case, they were not completely successfull.
What I know you can do at liq/liq for sure is ellipsometry, although no images are obtained in this case...
