I have been doing TEM of nanoparticles, struggling to do size distribution of them.
ImageJ is the best professional software for the size distribution of nanoparticles
https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/download.html
I guess u can use Image J software
Image J is useful software.
Thank you@ Dr S. Shiva Kumar, for suggesting to me ImageJ.
Thank you@ B. Srikanth Ragunath, I will definitely try ImageJ.
Thank You Rohit Thirumdas for your suggestion.
I used ImageJ for getting the size of Zinc oxide nanorod during my masters. As recommended by others, you will find ImageJ one of the best softwares.
Image J is the easily available free software that you can use.
Image J is one of the best freeware you may directly download and use free of cost. it can help in calculate several things including the particle size lattice spacings etc from the microscopic images.
Image J is the best image processing software for analyzing SEM and TEM

Image J is the best software for TEM and SEM analysis, but you can also calculate the particle size manually
Is there any software for calculating nanoparticle size from plasmonic peak shift in UV-VIS?
Thank you Subrata Pramanik

Since BET and TGA both are very costly instruments and many places the facilities are not available (for large number of samples) hence a threshold degassing temperature and time is preferable
