I am a specialist in anaesthesia and intensive care in paediatrics. A year ago we had an interesting care of the stomach rupture due to cimplications during the inhalational induction of anaesthesia in a child with the Treacher-Collins syndrome. We have published it as a Polish journal, with the X-ray showing rather clearly what has happened. If you find it isteresting, we will be happy to share our experience.
