By asking the question I wanna know whether gene present in one genera of bacteria coding for particular antibiotic resistance will also be present in another genera of bacteria. For eg whether qnr gene coding for fluroquinolone resistance will be same for Staphylococcus spp and E.coli or not.

Here, I would like to place some points here.
As if we analyze the diversity of these Antibiotic Resistant Genes (ARGs) in terms of miscellaneous genera, there is the possibility of variability in ARGs. I would like to justify this point by giving some examples: In 2002 Thompson et al., reported the presence of APH(3')-IIIa (that is an aminoglycoside phosphotransferase enzyme) present in the bacillus strains. Furthermore, in 2013 Mahoney and Silhavy reported the role of cpxR gene in respective to the stress response of Escherichia coli against hydroxyurea and aminoglycosides. In 2018, by propounding the ovine rumen resistome studies, Thomas C.A.Hitch et al. concluded that there's the variability of ARGs within the particular phyla (as they studied proteo bacteria and firmicutes resistance against 30 antibiotics) with respect to the consistency. According to these studies, we can speculate that there's the variability of ARGs in different bacterias but seldom it may appear same as well. Because synergistic effect or synchronized system may lead to the appearance of common gene among two different spp. or genera.

Antibiotic resistance genes varied from one bacterial Genus to other.For instance mecA gene encoding MRSA ia specific for Staph. aureus.Other genes for antibiotic resistance are markers for each bacterial Genus.However,it was recently detected that antibiotic resistance ability are transmittable character within bacteria randomly within human microbiota.For instance mecA gene of methicillin resistance of Staph.aureus is detected recently within some enterococci isolated from human gut,
It is both way, some antibiotic resistance are due to same or similar genes among different types of bacteria while some very different genes may be causing similar drug resistance among different and even the same bacteria.
To answer this question, I would say that ARGs vary with the bacteria, that is to say from the genome of one bacteria to another and they are specific. I just take the example of KPCs which are specific to K. pneumoniae
Both are possible, but bacteria exchange resistance genes through the horizontal genes transfer, even if they are of a different genus.so I would say in most cases they are the same.
Sometimes you will find the identical gene (ie identical or nearly identical sequence) as a result of horizontal gene transfer or plasmid mobility. Other times you will find a homologous gene with similar function but not identical sequence. For some antibiotics there is only one known type of ARG, for other antibiotics there might be a few.
To answer your question, it is possible that ARGs among various bacteria share the significant percentage of homology, while some ARGs mediating resistance to the same drug will vary among different bacteria. Some are unique to that particular bacterium for instance mecA gene encoding MRSA is specific for Staphylococcus aureus.

Multiple resistance genes can be shared among different bacterial genera . The plasmid-mediated transfer from resistant bacteria is responsible for resistance genes acquisition and dissemination.

ARGs may be innate (within the bacterial genome) or acquired (mobile, i.e. may be acquired from one species to another or from the environment to the organism). An ARG coding for an effector (e.g. protein) that mediates antibiotic resistance may or may not be 100% similar across different bacterial families or genera (in terms of the gene sequence). It is generalizable that a particular ARG group across members of a certain family or genus of bacteria (e.g. Enterobacteriaceae) possess a high degree of similarity (again, in terms of the gene sequence).

Maybe species specific but if someone's has good fitness those genes can be changed.
