I'm a beginner in discipline of complexometry and coordination chemistry. Can anybody tell me if EDTA or Citric Acid have ability in anionic complexing besides cationic, for instance such groups as (BO3)3- or (PO4)3-? To be precise, I mean about creating anionic complex with mentioned agents to avoid characteristic reactions in aqueous solution, where those anions are taking a part.

If you want to "avoid characteristic reactions" of phosphate in aqueous solution try to get rid of phosphate by precipitation or try ion exchange.
By the way, [BO3]3- is only known in the solid state, it does not exist in aqueous solution. Boric acid can form esters, with mannitol stable chelate compounds are formed. Maybe that is a way of "avoiding characteristic reactions".
