We are planning to use 4-SULFAMYLBUTYRYL NOVASYN TG RESIN (catalog no - 8550440001). Please suggest us if we can use microwave coupling method against this resin or not?

Will there be any problem if we couple one amino acid manually to this resin (without microwave coupling) and then put back this in synthesizer for further peptide chain elongation with the help of microwave coupling? Or we have to couple all the amino acids without heat? Please suggest.
