AFRONE (Africa Oral Health Network) is a network formed by 3 researchers: Prof. Maha El Tantawi from Egypt, Prof. Morenike Folayan from Nigeria, and Prof. Ahmed Bhayat from South Africa. The network encourages and facilitates research addressing knowledge gaps in oral health and dentistry in Africa.
We are establishing a database on the AFRONE website, profiling oral health researchers in Africa. We aspire to contribute to the advancement of oral health in Africa by identifying researchers operating in various regions in the continent, sharing insights on oral health research and programs, promoting collaboration, exploring grant opportunities, enhancing capabilities, elevating representation in global forums, and cultivating research consortia.
