I congratulate you for your commitment to the nursing profession as well as for the choice of this very relevant theme.
Nursing science is evolving! training and leadership are almost the two sides of the coin to winning the challenge of improving professional practices and the political influence of nurses.
Moroccan nursing leadership is beginning to stand out nationally in the presence of other professional categories. The establishment of the License Master Doctorate and the future introduction of nurse practitioners will constitute one of the important levers of this dynamic. there is still a long way to go, but I am convinced that the agency of nurses is the only key to going beyond acting on their environment and creating change.
