In the following ECG waveform, I don't know which one to consider as the T-wave: is it what is marked by blue start, or is it an inverted T-wave before the blue star?

I agree with Dongye Li. it is an inverted T-wave before the blue star. How to know? Experience :-)
It is good to identify Isoelectric sections in the cycle. It is an inverted T-Wave.
It is an inverted T wave ending at the blue star and possobly with prolonged QT.
I think there is a two-phase T wave -/+ with dominant negative phase
It is +\- T-wave before the blue star.
It looks like an inverted T wave with probably prolonged QT, it really helps if you can have more ECG leads.
