I've been exploring a few tutorials on meta-analysis and am struggling with the information on the Forest plot concerning n/N. Specifically, in the examples I've been looking at, the numbers seem to be like 15/131 and 22/137 for treatment and control n/N, respectively. Given a trial might well consist of just treatment and control conditions, does this mean that only 37 of 137 participant's data was useable? That seems like a very high drop-out rate, or am I missing something?

If you talk about (e.g. Safety analysis), the no. of events in the treatment group 15/131 means that 15 cases have the risk or developed a complication out of 131 cases. Also, in the control group, 22 cases out of 137 cases developed a complication. No drop here.
Likely, it is risk ratio (number with the outcome/total number) in each group.
I agree with Eshak Bahbah But you need to adjust all results in metastudies for methodology bias, such as duration of study, design, etc.
The study plots have been systematically distributed, considering that the total area of the forestry concession 127.6 hectares is evaluated. The size of each plot is 20x20 m.
