I want to make linear interpolation using E-views. I have E-views 8 and I can’t find the “Interpolate” option when I click on Proc. Is there any add-ins or installation program that I should download in order to have the Interpolate option in E-views? Or it’s related to the version itself? Any help on this matter will be highly appreciated.

Certainly there is an option called Interpolate but it is available when you open the series you want to interpolate. You can do interpolation also via command line - see the Object Reference, look for the ipolate function.

I opened the series as you can see in the attached picture and it's not there! I really wonder why it's not included? Thanks for your answer.
Your data is structured as a panel therefore you don't see the option. Try applying interpolation before creating the panel structure.

I just have another question and I will be grateful if you could answer me.
In Johansen Fisher Cointegration test, the results of the individual cross section drop most of the countries as you can see in the picture. Do you have any idea why ? & how can I fix this? it appears that its not because of missing data as the interpolation didn't solve the problem.

Unfortunately not. If you let me look at your data I might figure the reason out but given the images only I have no clear idea.
