Are there any international programs for the implementation of classes (lectures or exercises)? Of course there is erasmus + or individual bilateral agreements, but are there any other possibilities for the lecturer to join and have the opportunity to cooperate with a foreign university?

Maybe someone is individually looking for management scientists to participate? I would like to develop permanent or one-off cooperation.
