As said by Mohammed O. Al-Amr the journal “International Journal on Emerging Technologies” is published by “Research Trend” a publisher that is mentioned in the Beall’s list. Beside mentioned in Beall’s list additional red flags are:
-According to: https://www.ilovephd.com/list-of-scopus-indexed-journals-removed-from-ugc-care/ this journal is removed from UGC-CARE list which is important for researchers in India.
-In 2020 they have now already more papers published than in the whole year of 2019. See what happens with journals from a publisher that do this too excessively: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Are_these_journals_indexed_by_Scopus_IJEAT_IJRTE_and_IJITEE
-I checked a number of papers and too often no mail address is mentioned for the corresponding author which is to say the least sloppy.
-Another red flag is that there is another publisher with almost the same name “Research Trends” http://www.researchtrends.net/ which publish subscription based journals only (and managed to get five of their journals indexed in Scopus) and they were out there first…
-Not only this particular journal but all the journals from this publisher contain suspicious indexing services like Cosmos impact factor, Cite factor, Global Impact factor (GIF) all known misleading metrics: https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/
-The prominently mentioned impact factor called “IBI” factor is another meaningless metric: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/leap.1200
On the other hand, their indexing in Scopus since 2018 is as said by Mohammed O. Al-Amr real and seems to indicate that they meet some level of quality (and they claim the journal is free of charge). So hard to say whether this is a real predatory journal or a low-quality journal. Looking at all the red flags I tend to say avoid.

As indicated by Mohammed O. Al-Amr and me previously there were serious concerns about this journal. Indeed, in the latest list of discontinued titles in Scopus “International Journal on Emerging Technologies” is no longer indexed in Scopus because of “ethics concerns” (see also attachment).
So indeed, the journal is predatory and is one to avoid.
