Hi everyone,
I am currently leading research activity on the topic of organisational risk assessment with a particular focus on issues referring to work-related stress evaluation. I would like to collect and study as many as possible works of research dealing with this field. In particular, I am interested in works developing practical engineering cases also contemplating thorough evaluations of diverse COVID-19 effects on psycho-physical well-being of human resources in industrial workplaces. I have already found several interesting papers but I feel the production on this field is still somehow limited, so any tip would be extremely appreciated and welcome.

It is, of course, the situation was created due to the Corona pandemic period that the industrial workers have faced a lot if problems either socially, economically,bibstitutionally and psychologically in every part of the world.
The main important factor has variables like stress, Fatigue, Behavioural Performance, Attitude, Perception will vary from person to person.
Occupational stress due to working atmosphere in the industry discouraged them to involve in their duty.
Even though the COVID 19 pandemic has changed the whole way of life under stress in the society.
Countries like China, Japan, India have more influenced by the large amount Human resources to concentrate the work in the production aspects.
There was no entertainment including the challenges of many dimensions to demote their thinking and performance.
Regards institutional performance on the side of the welfare of the employees have to be taken as the main consideration during the pandemic period.
Most of the countries GDP and GNP have reduced due to the production and productivity of the industrial outputs matters to determine the economic growth and development of the particular country.

Many thanks for your kind reply. Do you have any particular recommendation about published journal papers proposing practical applications and new/improved evaluation models? They should preferably include pandemic factors but also take into account other indicators related with content and context of work with reference to specific organisations (for instance manufacturing companies). I am indeed interested in studying diverse models and applicative cases, the last ones tailored as much as possible on the industrial workplace under analysis.
