The lateral diffusion of a probe at micellar interface has been calculated from the difference between slow relaxation time from time fluorescence anisotropy and micellar rotation from SDE equation. During the calculation of diffusion constant it has been considered as td=(rm2/4Dl), wher rm= radius of micelle.

Not exactly sure if I understand the question. The translational diffusion coefficient D of a micelle can be calculated via the Stokes Einstein relation
D = (k T) / (6 pi eta Rh)
where k is the Boltzmann constant, T the absolute temperature in Kelvin, eta the viscosity of the medium/dispersant and Rh the hydrodynamic radius of the micelle.
It is easy to measure the diffusion coefficient and micellar size with Dynamic Light Scattering.
