I am trying to find a measurement/survey with items that assess the adoption/deployment/development of an information system as a risk management tool. I would like to use it as a predicting variable in a model that tries to explain which businesses reacted better to the pandemia disruptions.

This is an important topic in the context of research on issues related to the Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 pandemic (causing Covid-19). The goal of building an information system necessary for effective conduct of the pandemic risk management process is to first verify and determine the determinants of the possibility of building a universal system of this type in an international, global approach. In individual countries, the development of the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus pandemic is determined by similar but not identical determinants. Building a universal pandemic risk management system Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 could be very helpful in answering the following question: Should acceleration or slowing down of the removal process, reduction of anti-pandemic and sanitary safety instruments applied at the beginning of pandemic development (e.g. wearing protective masks, mobility restrictions people in public places, temporary closing of shopping centers, shops, theaters, cinemas, hotels, restaurants, museums, city parks, service establishments, etc.)? This process is taking place at a different pace in individual countries. There are different priorities. The results of predictive analyzes illustrating the course of subsequent stages of development and / or decreasing the scale of the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus pandemic (causing Covid-19 disease) are used to varying degrees in crisis management processes. Sometimes the issue of comparative analysis of socio-economic anti-crisis policy intervention instruments used between individual countries, the scale of financial resources from public finance funds used and their effects on activating entrepreneurship and stimulating economic growth plays a key role in making decisions on the above. Whether or not the anti-pandemic and sanitary safety instruments imposed and associated with the development of the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus pandemic causing Covid-19 disease can and should be abolished depends on many factors, including the pandemic development phase in the country, level collective resilience of the society, the scale of new infections and their detection by tests, the scale of mortality caused by Covid-19 disease relative to deaths caused not only by Covid-19 but also co-morbidities, the scale of the decline in economic growth, the scale of the impact of anti-crisis socio-economic policy programs and its effectiveness in terms of stimulating the economic situation, etc. In each country, the structure of these various factors looks different, so making decisions regarding the abolition, reduction of anti-pandemic and sanitary safety instruments previously imposed in connection with the development SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic should be undertaken by the authorities of a given country fully autonomously and based on thorough predictive analyzes using advanced Big Data Analytics and other advanced technologies for processing large data sets, i.e. Industry 4.0 technology. Unfortunately, in some countries, in addition to thorough multi-faceted predictive analysis, the key issue is to imitate the actions taken in other countries in the context of international economic competition regarding the rapid, effective recovery from the current economic crisis. If the universal coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 pandemic risk management system was built, then making decisions on the above issues would be much easier and would be burdened with a much lower error rate. however, due to many differences in the determinants shaping the development and effects of a pandemic in individual countries, building a universal and fully objective pandemic risk management system for the Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 is not an easy process if it is possible at all. First, it is necessary to decide whether this type of SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus pandemic risk management systems should be built on a national scale or, however, in a universal perspective, i.e. for a global scale and of course with the possibility of use in different countries, regions, cities, communities.
