The succeeded management should control the industrial process and predicts its technical problems before occurs. therefore, technical problems are caused by lack of management experience like hiring unqualified persons in critical positions.
In my view, when you are going to deal with any industrial problems successfully, you should consider it from different aspects and dimensions. Sometimes, during analysis of the problem, you may detect some significant technical reasons and roots for the problem at hand, and, sometimes, you may find some of managerial indications for it. However, it seems that, when you are considering any industrial problems deeply, both technical and managerial aspects of the problem are found and should be addressed accurately.
As a good management in an organization, successfully deals with different types of problem. They forecast the demand and try to fulfill it in time. Therefore, they are best aware about the trchnical problem and how to resolve it in as much as short period of time. Therefore, in my conclusion the industrial problem is management problem more than technical.
in my opinion, both factors can contribute to industrial problems. however, technical problems can be solved within a shorter time depending on the commitment and determination of the employees to solve any problem happens. Meanwhile, management problems have a major contribution to industrial problem since management hold the major decision and to implement any changes in one system, we need permission from the top management.
