Let me start this discussion by saying it is very important that Students know how to use Chatbots as they can be valuable tools for studying subjects ranging from coding and mathematics to creative writing.

1. To incentivize students to think and solve problems independently, I propose assigning homework that actively engages them and poses challenges related to their immediate environment, such as their school, village, or neighborhood.

For example, consider an essay assignment (in any language) asking, "What changes would you make in your school?" This task requires students to closely observe and analyze their immediate surroundings, prompting them to generate ideas based on their personal experiences. While they may later consult a chatbot for additional perspectives, the core exercise emphasizes independent thought driven by the real-world context they inhabit.

Since chatbots are essentially text-based answering machines, any task written in text can be solved by them if given enough context.

2. Therefore, I propose that instead of relying solely on text-based assignments, we include tasks that require creating physical models, drawings, or other tangible outputs. This approach will ensure that chatbots remain in an assisting role:

For instance:

• Politics: Create a diagrammatic sketch of the hierarchies within a government, company, or system.
• Mathematics: Produce a drawing based on the Fibonacci series or design an illustration using only triangles that have a right angle and one side measuring at least 8 cm.
• Physics: Build a model of certain atoms or conduct an experiment involving water and salt
• Biology: Explore your local area to identify and document various insects or plants.

I think it would be very beneficial if homework would be more like project-based so students keep on working on something for several weeks. This then could be combined with multiple subjects which helps to connect knowledge and skills.

-> While advancements in AI are making the acquisition of "hard-skills" easier, teaching conceptual thinking remains a human endeavor that AI has struggles to replicate.

Assignment like drawing a certain object in their living room, moulding and object with clay or paper match. Observing certain scenario at home that will involve discussing with parents or siblings. I think all these will go a long way to help the students to more wise and enable them to think on their own

While AI offers many possibilities, I believe there are fundamental aspects that lie beyond its capabilities, such as communication and debate among our students, brainstorming, and the development of creativity adapted to a project within the classroom that involves finding a solution to a real problem that is of interest to the students. To carry out these sections, the REAPSES method (Learning Styles Corners for Primary, Secondary, and Higher University and Non-University Education), proposed by Castellanos, 2020, is used. This method, for example, in higher education, translates into asking my students to link the knowledge of the subject to their specialty and to reality through the use of the Active, Reflective, Theoretical, and Pragmatic learning style corners.
