We've got a plasmid we want to purify from E.Coli strain ATCC 25922. We usually use QIAGEN plasmid purification kits but we've never purified DNA from this particular strain. Would the QIAGEN kit work properly? Does anyone have any advice on this?

I don't think that strain carries a plasmid so are you intending to put your plasmid in it? Any reason you would do that instead of a standard lab strain?
But to answer your question, yes a Qiagen kit should work fine assuming the plasmid is not too large and has reasonable copy number. With very low copy number plasmids the kits will work but your yield will be very very low. Lastly be aware that as a wild type strain it will produce EndA nuclease which might cause some issues with your final plasmid unless you use appropriate steps to remove the EndA.
