I'm seeking assistance in locating references that could elucidate the reasons behind varying fuelwood consumption rates for different tree species using the same stove and food . Specifically, I've observed that the stove requires more fuelwood when using Sesbania sesban compared to other species such as Eucalyptus spp., Markhamia lutea, Senna spectabilis, and Grevillea robusta. Although I understand that variables like the calorific value, wood density, moisture content, wood size, and fuelwood preparation methods play significant roles in determining the amount of wood needed for cooking, I have yet to find specific literature that discusses these aspects in relation to the mentioned species. Any guidance on where to find such information would be greatly appreciated.
