sometimes we have a confuse between the results discussions and the conclusions when writing the research so I am wondering about the borders which separate between them.
Usually, a research project seeks to add to what is already known. The discussion of the results discusses what the results of the research add to what is already known. The conclusion summarises the results and suggests implications of the results and what might be researched next.

Result is what you discover in the study of phenomenon, discussion is the manipulation of the results and conclusion is the final analysis after the discussion.
In my opinion, results are purely your own findings. Thats why there are no references from literature in this section. They are usually explanations of the figures and tables comprising of numbers or statisticals quantities or percenatges.
Discussion comprises of the justificatioins and clarifications of your results with support from previous literature. So you need to formulate arguments in favour to you findings. You need to link the hypothesis of your reaserch with your findings/results based on the references from literature. In the last paragraphs of discussion you need to highlight the practrical application of your research and finally some limitations of your resrarch which may mention future work for upcoming researchers.
Finally conclusion is a very compact summary of your findings (usually comes from discussion) and further linking your findings to the practical applications.
results reports the findings of the study. the discussion section 'discusses', or compares and contrasts the results with other results. Conclusions are more speculative in tone, exploring the possible implications of the results, inferences that may be drawn from results,
Results, in any typical study, are basically answers to one's research questions raised or hypotheses formulated based on specific objectives. They are simply one's findings. Discussions are explanations arising from the results that make us to refer to some previous studies that corroborate our contradict our own results, and adduce possible reason(s) that could be responsible for our results. The conclusions are our opinions in relation to the results we generate which will lead to possible recommendations.
