I don't think that we have to choose one alternative between the two. So, I do not think that your question has to be an either/or question. As a psychologist, I think that it is good when parents spending their time with their children to have fun. This is good for the child's psychological development, be it cognitive, social, moral, emotional and so forth. It is also good that busy parents use time doing things together that are related to schoolwork. This reminds me of Vygost's idea of zone of proximal development in that children learn under guidance of adults.

what I understand is parents can do this with the combination of the two methods, actually parents can spend time with their children by doing purposed games, that they can have fun and interesting time and although they can follow the target with educational purpose.
Parents should allocate some of their time to spend with their children. Otherwise, children feel upset and lonely.

By time management, whatever parents busy, they must make time to their family.
Both of the two activites are necessary, I think. For a boy, a physical activity is more required. For a girl, intercommunication is more important.

Children need an open heart, caring hands, and listening ears to grow up into useful individuals. Therefore, creating a logical balance between work and family affairs is quintessentially important for the children to be able to correct their steps alone, or overcome their wrongs in later stages of life. As a general rule, children experiencing parental negligence may suffer from what psychologists call a victim complex.

Very good and important question Hojat Mahdipour. Both activities are necessary. Parents must plan for spending time with their children's. Spending time with them gives moral support to them, increases their confidence level, they need answers for many questions (that they are facing) and best persons to give answer are parents. If parents are too busy during week, they must find some time at weekend and have dinner with their children's, some time they should play with them, develop good communication with them, parent's should always try to attend their queries. For development of child parent's must try not only these two things but n number of other things depending on requirement of child. Doing all these things you will become very happy and enjoy your life. Spending time with children's is the best investment for future.
