I have 25 mL of silver nanoparticles bought from sigma aldrich to check the invitro anticancer activity in A549 cell lines . specifications of the nanoparticle. are 20 nm particle size (TEM), 0.02 mg/mL in aqueous buffer, contains sodium citrate as stabilizer . I want to know in which solvent it can be dispersed so that i can treat the cell line or can i use the nanoparticle directly. someone please suggest me a solution for this.
