Some times I read the higher is in rhizosphere and some times I read the higher is in rhizoplane... so I want your opinions and causes of your opinion.

yes dr, i read in paper that rhizoplane is low in microbial number due to selectivity
i attach it
my method to isolate rhizoplane, i shake root until loosely adhered soil particles fall down then with 10 ml saline solution and sterile brush i wash root ( there is still soil adhered to root). the result of this washing is stock that i isolate from it or making serial dilution then isolate from dilution..... i want you opinion dr
