As the pandemic is on a steady rise, across the globe, any predictions can be made scientifically regarding the peak level and decline?
It depends on actions and don't forget about the second wave or other peaks too. It's roaring now. No sign of control yet rather new outbreaks are seen in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Germany, Spain etc.
Global cases are now more than 16.4 million and died nearly 660,000 worldwide from COVID-19. USA has nearly 4.3 million cases, Brazil tops 2.4 million and India has more than 1.4 million cases. Russia has more than 800,000 COVID-19 cases and South Africa tops 400,000 cases. USA, Latin America and South Asia are still hot spots, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University.
After six months of Corona crisis we have gathered more experiences from different countries from their mistakes and successes. World war has been started against a tiny virus and we actually failed in the initial stage. There is still chance to control the spread of coronavirus to save lives and we need to follow the basic rules of prevention before developing herd immunity by vaccination.

Across the globe, it will have peak-times different for different countries. In Europe it already reached peak, but in India its still reaching the peak, even same in USA
the global peak will be skewed by the large population countries. It is still on the rise at present

The peak time of COVID-19 cases is different from country to country. It is very unfortunate that cases of COVID-19 are on rise in India as people are not honestly following the guidelines of lock down.
Each country is in a different phase of the disease. So the peak will occur in different contries at different times.
That will be different from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and there's no specific date since then. But we all know that was started last December 2019 at Wuhan, China.
No idea.. I think there will be peaks and declines.. I am anticipating more than one
