Why are you comparing acoustic based (SAW) system with microwave (CSRR & SRR) systems????

I was looking at the sensing prospects of SAW and SH-SAW device but when compared to the microwave device like SRR and CSRR, the fabrication of SAW device is complicated and at the same time its costly too.

I was looking for an application of acoustic wave device which is more efficient and a kind of best in that field with cost effectiveness.

What frequency of SAW are you looking forward to use??? Just a rough estimate will do. Kindly related to that frequency let us know the approx. finger width and distance between them.
