Yes, issues of human rights, health care, education should be taken and developed at the international level. In my opinion, in a superwar perspective, security should also be developed in other issues of public security, including economic, financial, ecological, cybernetic security, information security, data transfer, various factors of capital in international perspective. Internationally operating institutions should be developed, which should improve various systems, including the above-mentioned categories, security systems operating at the international level. In this way, the world in various aspects could develop more effectively, in a balanced model, in seeking to reduce the scale of many negative societal phenomena, reduce the scale of economic stratification of different social strata, reduce the scale of international income disparities and equipping with production factors. In addition, in connection with the progressive global warming of the Earth, discussions, institutions and activities in the field of environmental protection should also be developed, including reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, improvement of waste segregation techniques, development of renewable energy sources, internationally developed eco-innovations, etc.

Fine question. We can confidently say, no defined direction. First, globalisation is reality. It is here to stay. Why? We human beings keep understanding better the physical world. Call it science. Now, let us reflect hard, barriers of the Weberian state arise from disparities in the ability to master the physical world. We are on an asymptotic track, and hence ever closer globalisation. Turn to the processes. Reduced disparities mean diminishing centres of control. We end up with a dynamical space - look at it as many linked balls in motion. That means while we know the long-term trajectory, short-term dynamics will be diffused.

In the realm of social issues - culture, business, politics, travel, interaction etc. - according to scholars such as Pankaj Ghemawat, the world is much less globalized than we tend to believe. Globalization is very much a "tip of the iceberg" phenomenon. Most people live their lives in very locally constrained ways, and most countries are inward-looking, not outward -looking. The world remains a fragmented, localized, provincial, and narrow-minded place, which unfortunately does not help dealing with global scale issues, ranging from climate change to trajectories for fair and sustainable development.

I may be missing the point here but I believe we first have to have an understanding of what we're looking for and trying to answer. As such, should the question be constructed around "should" or "would?" I believe we first have to have a consensus on what we're looking for. We all probably think and feel the same about what "the globalization processes should follow in the future." I am and would be more interested in what "the globalization processes would follow in the future."

In the sectors with high homogeneity of preferences the globalization will continue to advance. Supranational institutions both regional and global will receive more and more powers. However, in the sectors where public preferences are rather heterogeneous only general international cooperation is likely to develop. Theory of fiscal federalism and market failure concept (developed within public sector economics and widened in public choise theory) give much reasoning as for the policies that should be centralized (read as globalized).

The process is of irreversible greater weight to the international opening, in spite of eventual waves of restriction or of nationalistic emphasis.

In my opinion, information, technological and economic globalization is currently dominating. Perhaps in the future, the dominant determinants of globalization factors will change. Perhaps the question of ecology will become an important factor in globalization?
